Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• UK STANDARD DELIVERY (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS)

• EXPRESS DELIVERY  (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS | ORDER BEFORE 8PM MON-FRIDAY)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delays

• Please note: delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs, or peak seasonal demand).

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages
